  I called for repair - the man who answered the call proceeded to say Uck twice when I told him it was a Samsung fridge. Then told me he would come out to look at the fridge, but wouldn't be able to fix it. Then why come out and how would you know if you didn't even take a look? Told me he wouldn't be able to fix it because it was a Samsung? Needless to say, did not make an appointment!
