  Very unhappy with the VW credit, They are very unreasonable and will put remarks on the credit history for no reason. Worst Auto finance company I ever deal with . Please we aware

  I am writing this negative feedback on behalf of myself and my mother. On February 24th, 2018, I got into a really bad car accident, and my 2016 VW Jetta got totaled because somebody hit me and took off. As stressful as it was having to go through that, the hospital that night, the insurance company, I then had to deal with this place, which made my stress level go through the roof! I had to cancel my payments, but according to them, I didn’t have gap insurance on my car, when I did, according to finance department, where I bought the car back in 2016. They said they wouldn't sell a car without gap insurance, because it automatically came with the car to begin with. I wanted to sue this place for misconduct and emotional distress, and they really upset my mom and I. They're greedy savages! My tip, if you ever want to buy a Volkswagen, get it from an independent dealer, or have the money upfront. ANYTHING to avoid this place! I'm glad I don't have to deal with these lowlifes anymore, and don't advise anyone else to either!
